About Me

My name is Monique Adams, and I am an ICF Certified Coach (ACC) as well as the founder and CEO of Mindfulness Career Coaching (MCC), LLC. With over 25 years of experience as a Human Resources executive, I have partnered with Fortune 500 companies to drive organizational transformation, foster leadership development, and implement strategic change initiatives. Throughout my career, I have honed the ability to navigate complex corporate environments with diplomacy and tact while leveraging coaching, mentorship, and sponsorship to empower leaders and teams to thrive. At MCC, we specialize in executive coaching and HR consulting services designed to help organizations cultivate mindful leadership, enhance employee engagement, and align talent strategies with business goals. At MCC, we practice a mindfulness methodology that allows our clients the space to explore, discover and realize their full potential by helping them shift their mindset. We are a New Jersey certified Minority Women Owned Business Enterprise (MWBE) and our career coaching services focus on high-potential mid-Senior, Director, and Executive level women and minorities who looking for ways to partner with us to discover what may be limiting them from climbing the proverbial "corporate ladder."

Additionally, we also offer a host of HR Consultative services such as Employee Relations, Performance Management, Leadership Development and Team Building.
